Trash Descriptive Writing

This is a description of the picture below.  We had to write one as a reading comprehension task on our novel Trash.  Over the weeks we have been reading trash as a class.  We have questions to answer about the chapters.  This is the description I have written, I hope you like it.

Introduction

The lights and the sounds of the city have always excited me.  But this was different. It was more like deathly and unknown to any one of Behala.  Hidden away unseen, unnoticed, alone it had been left for years and years. Twisted amongst the ever green it lay there with no one watching it slowly falling to pieces.  It’s still alive but barely breathing.

Your eyes because glazed over and tears ran down the slides of your cheeks yours eyes looking one side to the other.  You have to bit your lip tightly in attempt to hide any sound that wanted to escape from your mouth. The house was just heartbreaking, how can it have gotten so run down.   We are the ones who have done it. We talk about homelessness and yet here we are looking at rundown places like these. This house was the one to pay the price. Coming home is one of the most beautiful things, remember that.
It felt like a graveyard.  A shrill cry echoed in the mist.  Inside it must have been like a prison were there were no visitors I mean who want to visit a place like that.    Imagine if your parents tell you you’re moving across the country and thats the house your living in, that’s how lucky we are everyone these days takes everything for granted. Maybe someday we will live in a great world where everyone is grateful for everything our manners would be impeccable our oceans would be clean our environment would be even more beautiful just imagine .  People are not as lucky as us we should take that into consideration. Because the things you take for granted are the things others are praying for.
